Our Return Policy

Because each item from Mugify is printed to order and made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you’d like a different version of a product, you’ll need to place a new order which covers the cost of that item.


Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with the quality of something you receive, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and, if your claim is valid, send you a complimentary replacement as soon as possible.


Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care packaging orders, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 30 days of receipt. Including photos of the damage helps us speed up our process and find a solution you’re happy with.


Items Returned to Sender

If your shipment is returned to us - either because the address was wrong or incomplete, the package was rejected, or it wasn’t claimed - please let us know within 15 days. We’ll work with you to resend the order if possible. If a new order is needed (for example with a corrected address), the cost of that will be your responsibility.
