Shipping and Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated upon check out. Please take note of the estimated shipping date when placing your order. Shipping dates are estimated and may change. 

Please take care when entering your shipping address as we cannot take responsibility for items lost due to wrong address details. We can't change shipping details once the order is placed so please take extra care when placing your order.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

All orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. We recommend contacting your postal service if you believe your package to be lost or stolen.

ITEMS HELD AT THE POST OFFICE

It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office and schedule re-delivery or to pick up the item that is being held. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed as they go straight into production. We cannot change your shipping address once the order is placed so please take care when entering your shipping details.

We pack our mugs in a sturdy cardboard box in order to protect your mug and limit the possibility of damage in transit. 

We print your mug on demand locally when you place your order. This means we can ship to your location quicker and reduce our global carbon footprint which is better for the environment. Please allow 2-3 business days for our printers to create your design before shipping. The below shipping times are approximate and may be affected by public holidays and busy festive periods. Please take note of the approximate shipping date when checking out and select the Express Shipping option if your order is time sensitive.

    Do You Ship Overseas

    We print our designs on demand locally in Australia the United States and the United Kingdom.

    We do not currently ship to other countries.

      How Can I Track My Order?

      You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

      Do You Accept Returns

      Your mug is printed to order just for you so we cannot accept any returns.

      What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

      Mugs are shipped in sturdy packaging with double walls for added protection whilst your mugs are in transit. In the rare case that your mug arrives damaged contact us at sales@mugify.com.au within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
