Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your mug, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund. Please note that custom-designed mugs may have different return policies.

Damaged Orders: We take great care in packaging your mugs to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll be happy to send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.
