Mugify – Shipping Policy
At Mugify, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. This allows us to offer unique mug designs without holding excess inventory, while ensuring every order is produced specifically for you.
Production Timeframes
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before dispatch.
During peak periods including Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and promotional sales events, production times may be longer.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:
Australia: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
In some cases, courier tracking updates may be delayed while parcels are in transit.
Shipping Delays
While Mugify works closely with our production and shipping partners, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events or peak seasonal demand are outside of our control.
Mugify is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Mugify cannot guarantee replacement or refund of orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@mugify.com.au. In the case of damaged items, please provide us with a photo of the item including the packaging so that we can send a replacement.
